What you will visit:

Miss T's Kitchen
When Anna-Kay Tomlinson, affectionately known as "Miss T," opened the doors to her establishment in 2009, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of bringing fine Jamaican country cooking to locals and tourists alike. Known for its passionate and bold culinary skills, Miss T's Kitchen is a rustic restaurant in a beautiful garden setting, just steps from the town center. Indulge in exceptional Jamaican flavors and the freshest ingredients from local farmers, artfully prepared and served in a lush tropical setting.

Scotchie's Jamaican Jerk
Set against a backdrop of aquamarine waters and a bright yellow sun, Scotchie's is a jerk center par excellence, one of the most popular jerk spots on the island. "Jerk" cooking, involves slow-cooking spicy meats, such as pork or chicken over an outdoor flame. At Scotchie's, the grill is constantly on fire with incredibly delicious jerk chicken, pork and even fish. The well-spiced food, tropical vibe and island décor make this famous grill a finger-licking delight.

Evita's Italian Restaurant
Nestled in the hills of Ocho Rios, high above the town center, this romantic spot offers exceptional food amidst panoramic vistas. Located within an authentic 1860s gingerbread-style house, Evita's has been serving up the finest in northern Italian cuisine since it opened its doors in 1984. Nicknamed "the best little pasta house in Jamaica," its plates of fresh pasta, infused with a little Jamaican seasoning, and fresh fruit desserts are just a few of the establishment's specialties.

What you will see along the way:

The approximately 1-hour journey from Falmouth to Ocho Rios travels along Jamaica's Golden Coast. Gaze out the window as you pass through charming towns and beautiful scenery. Spanish for "Eight Rivers," Ocho Rios, on the northern end of Jamaica, is a scenic port area with beautiful vistas and a smattering of cultural attractions, tight-knit local communities and endless stretches of sandy white beaches set off against the bluest of waters and emerald mountain forests.

Snacks:
You'll delight in the authentic flavors of the islands on this "foodie" tour that includes samples from three top, local venues. At Miss T's Kitchen, a rustic Jamaican restaurant, tuck into such Jamaican dishes as oxtail, run-down vegetables, bammy, and rice and peas. At Scotchie's, indulge in mouth-watering jerk meats, and try the local Italian delights at Evita's, including rasta pasta and fruit sorbetto.
