Get an intimate look at the Sri Lankan capital of Colombo during this three-hour sightseeing trip by tuk-tuk. Your adventure begins when you depart the ship for a sightseeing tour of the city. Some of the highlights include the 100-year-old red and white striped Red Mosque inside the colorful Pettah Market; the lovely 19th century mansions, wide boulevards and sky-reaching trees of Cinnamon Gardens; the 110-year-old St. Lucia's Cathedral; the Jami-Ul-Alfar Mosque, known locally as the Red Mosque; lovely Victoria Park; and Independence Memorial Hall. After the city-wide tour, you'll stop at Laksala, the state-owned gift and souvenir boutique that offers a large selection of traditional handicraft products.
