Enjoy an afternoon of fun on the scenic Mulgrave River with pristine rainforest views as you float and drift along in a river tube. From the pier it's just a 30-minute drive to the Mulgrave River in the beautiful Goldsborough Valley, one of the greenest areas in the tropical north. So green, in fact, it's part of UNESCO'S Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. Once you arrive at the river, you'll meet your fully certified river guide who'll offer a few safety instructions. Next, you'll grab your high quality twin tube and follow your guide along a nature trail for a walk down to the river. After one final safety check you'll step into your tube and slowly enter the river. The beginning stretch of water is relatively tame giving you a feel for the tube. Then, lay back and hold on as the gentle rapids carry you downstream.
