Set out on a journey normally experienced by local residents with a visit to San Jose del Cabo. Located in Baja California Sur, this charming town boasts beautiful cobblestone streets, an art gallery district and a mission founded in 1730. When you arrive, you'll stroll through the quaint town-square, past buildings that date back to colonial times. Your first stop is a traditional glass blowing factory, where you'll witness gifted artisans create amazing art. Next, you'll visit the Baja Brewing Co. for a sampling of craft beer. Your last stop is the Huichol Gallery that's filled with impressive art work created by Huichol Indians. Then, master your cooking skills at the Tamarindo Organic Farm with Enrique Silva, the farmer-in-chief. Harvest your own herbs and vegetables on a walk around the crops for cooking an authentic lunch that includes salsas and a succulent organic free-range chicken Mexican dish.
