You can explore Broome's breathtaking coastline on a one hour narrated scenic cruise by shallow-draft hovercraft aboard the Spirit of Broome or the Sonny K. A fun and exciting way to sight see, you'll go skimming over sand flats and sailing by mangrove thickets. View the sights of Red Cliff Beach and its pristine turquoise waters.
Board your air-conditioned motorcoach for the short transfer to the hovercraft dock. The tour features witty and informative commentary as you explore the Broome's various coastal environments. Because it draws only a small amount of water, your hovercraft is able to visit sites inaccessible by other means, including mangrove thickets, tidal flats and sand bars. You'll view preserved dinosaur tracks, see the brightly coloured inhabitants of a mangrove forest and ride across the waves for view of Broome from the water (subject to tides). An hour long photo op, don't forget to bring your camera along!
