Start your day as you board a chartered motorcoach for an approximately 2½ -hour journey to Berlin. During the motorcoach ride a host will hand out a snack box and informational material on the way.

Once you arrive in Berlin meet your guide on the platform und follow them to your waiting handy van. Your morning driving tour of Berlin will include photo stops outside of at the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Wall. You will also pass by other sights such as Checkpoint Charlie, the Reichstag, the seat of the German Parliament, Gendarmenmarkt Square, Tiergarten Park and the Victory Column to give you a good overview of the city.

Your guided tour ends at Berlin's and Germany's most famous shopping mile, Kurfurstendamm Avenue. From here you can explore Berlin independently in the afternoon. Go for a walk, do some shopping or have lunch in one of the many cafes and restaurants. Once your independent time is coming to an end, meet your fellow travellers. Passengers will also be given an 'emergency kit' with important telephone numbers and of course the meeting time and place for your return journey. Your host will hand out a little snack on the way before you arrive back at your ship. The content of this tour is identical to ZWD-182. Only guests using a wheelchair can book this tour, as it ensures accessible transportation. Due to the specialized nature of some lift-equipped vehicles, priority is given to guests using a wheelchair and one companion only; additional companions may be required to travel on the transportation provided for tour ZWD-180. Bookings not marked with an accessibility requirement will be removed from the tour's inventory.

The motorcoach ride between Warnemünde and Berlin is approximately 2½ hours each way. The motorcoach is air-conditioned.

This tour is not available to passengers beginning or ending their cruise in Warnemunde.

Tour sequences may vary to avoid congestions at venues.
The coach for the city tour is equipped with seat belts, guests are required to use them. Guests may not stay on the coach during free time. The tour runs during all weather conditions. Guests should be prepared for the possibility of rain.
It is advisable to bring some small change of Euro coins as some shops do not accept other currencies nor Credit Cards for small purchases (furthermore, guests may have to pay for public bathroom facilities, usually between 50,- cents and 1,-Euro pp). Shopping location may vary as most shops are closed on Sundays and bank holidays. Only a few souvenir shops may be open.
