Vehicles with an English-speaking guide are generally offered on a full-day basis. No deviations to duration, departure or return time can be made. This is a private arrangement those accompanying you are the family or friends with whom you agree to share costs. We do not match groups of passengers to form a private group for the vehicle. Vehicles and driver guides are extremely limited reserve early. These tours are ordered per vehicle. One person in your party places the order for the vehicle the entire cost of the vehicle is charged to that person's shipboard account and cannot be divided among the party. Once onboard, you will receive a letter requesting details about your travel plans. Please complete this information and return to the Tour Office as soon as possible. Please note that your transfer to/from Berlin is not included. Each guests must purchase the Berlin on your own tour.

TOUR NOTES* All private vehicle bookings are non-refundable.
* Actual vehicle type may vary depending on final number of passengers and availability.
* Vehicles are air-conditioned.
* Vehicles are available with English-speaking driver/guide combination (Foreign language guides may be requested once on board).
Private Vehicle Bookings do not include:
* Transport costs to/from Berlin - tour ZWD-185 Berlin on Your Own / ZWD -186 Berlin on your own by coach must be purchased separately.
* Entrance fees (We suggest you use local currency for entrance fees).
* Meals, gratuities and refreshments.
It is advisable to bring some small change of Euro coins as some shops do not accept other currencies nor Credit Cards for small purchases (furthermore, guests may have to pay for public bathroom facilities, usually between 50,- cents and 1,-Euro pp).
