The Gobbins Coastal Path and Walk
Gobbins Path is a strenuous 2-hour expertly guided trek that includes steep climbs, multiple stairs, narrow and uneven pathways, and bridges along a rugged coastal setting. Proper hiking/walking footwear, warm outerwear and a good level of fitness are required. Efforts are rewarded with exceptional views of the North Channel, tunnels under the Irish Sea, and cliffs and caves that once sheltered pirates and smugglers. Created in 1902 for Edwardian thrill-seekers, this impressive feat of engineering has experienced a resurgence in recent years.

What you will see along the way:
The Gobbins Experience, a gem of Northern Ireland, will take you along a dramatic coastal path with abundant wildlife views. If you're lucky, you'll spot puffins, guillemots and razorbills. In addition to native seabirds, frolicking dolphins and other wildlife call this jagged coastline home.

Special Notes:

The Gobbins pathway can be closed for safety reasons with little to short notice if there are any rock falls / landslides. All guests must wear hiking boots with ankle support and good tread, and waterproof clothing is recommended. This tour consists of approximately 2 hours of walking. Physical fitness should be considered before participation in this tour. This tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with mobility challenges. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
