Belfast is a treasure trove of sights, each offering a glimpse into the history and culture of this fascinating city. Lace up your comfortable shoes and see Belfast as the locals do, on a guided half-day walking tour of its historic core that includes a visit to St. Anne's Cathedral and the Duke of York pub. A scenic motorcoach ride begins the day, then commence down the bustling streets lined with ornate buildings and landmarks such as St Patrick's Catholic Church, The Old Poor House dating back to the 1770s, the Library and the Belfast Telegraph office as your knowledgeable guide adds lively commentary. A visit to St. Anne's Cathedral, also known as Belfast Cathedral, is an opportunity to admire its neo-Romanesque exterior and unique black and white marble interior. An integral part of Belfast history is its pubs, and you'll stop for a beverage in the Duke of York. Return to port with a camera filled with memories.

Special Notes:

Notes:

On Sundays, the Cathedral will be visited from the outside only, and the duration of the walking tour will be extended.

The minimum legal drinking age in Ireland is 18; passengers under 18 will not be permitted an alcoholic drink.

This is a walking tour and the surfaces vary - there will be steps, level pathways, cobblestones, inclines. Access to the Cathedral is available to the physically challenged. Both the exterior and interior is equipped with ramps. There is a rest room facility and a lift to the lower floor of the Cathedral Centre. There are many steps within in the pub that will need to be negotiated for guests to explore the history of the pub
