This all-day tour starts with a 75-minute narrated drive around Barcelona, enabling you to soak up the incredible architecture, first passing through the Columbus Monument , before driving around the Placa Espanya to gaze upon it's fountains and two 47-foot-tall Venetian towers. You will also see the spectacular Olympic Ring, created specifically for the1992 Summer Olympics Next stop is La Sagrada Familia, Antonio Gaudi's unfinished yet strikingly modernist church for a photo opportunity, before the one-and-a-half hour drive to Montserrat through rich countryside. Here you will have 90-minutes to explore the Benedictine Monastery Complex, which is home to the superb Romanesque basilica. This world-famous religious retreat is renowned for the gilded wooden sculpture of Catalonia's patron saint La Moreneta, also known as the 'Black Madonna' of Montserrat. After a delicious sit-down lunch at a local restaurant, there's time to explore the stalls in Montserrat Plaza.

THIS TOUR IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PASSENGERS EMBARKING OR DISEMBARKING IN BARCELONA.The drive between Barcelona and Montserrat is approximately 1 1/2 hours each way.
This tour uses headsets.
There is a two block walk from the bus parking area to La Sagrada Familia for those that wish to take pictures.
Please note that tour order may vary.
Passengers should expect ongoing construction at La Sagrada Familia.
There are scheduled times to visit 'La Moreneta'- At certain times it is not allow to visit it.
Use of an audio headset (included) will enhance your tour experience.
