Discover the picturesque beauty and unique typography of the Hauraki Gulf by seaplane, an exhilarating way to see the sights. Experience a water take-off and landing, and explore the unique Auckland landscapes from a dazzling height. Your route flies over Rangitoto's crater; Motutapu, one of the Hauraki Gulf's oldest islands and a haven for native birdlife; and Waiheke Island, with its award-winning vineyards and golden beaches. Soar over the skyline of the "City of Sails" as the Auckland Harbor Bridge and colossal Sky Tower come into focus before you land smoothly at the harbor. At the completion of the flight, travel independently to the ship via the bustling Viaduct Harbour, home to many cafes, bars and restaurants.

What you will see along the way:

Settle into your seaplane and take off from the harbor, flying over the Hauraki Gulf, the crater of the Rangitoto Volcano and neighboring Motutapu Island. Your pilot will point out all the landmarks and will color the adventure with his lively commentary.
