The northern part of the Red Sea is renowned as one of the Seven Wonders of the World and considered a diver's paradise. Among the astonishing natural wonders you'll find are brilliant coral reefs, crystal clear waters and fish in colors that would rival a box of crayons. Observe sea life near the water's surface with a snorkeling adventure at the Berenice Beach Club. Located in the heart of Aqaba Marine Park Natural Aquarium, the resort is the only dedicated, private beach club on the south coast and the perfect destination for snorkeling in the Red Sea, the world's northernmost coral reef ecosystem.

Your mask and fins will be provided, all you need to bring is your swim suit, hat and plenty of sunscreen.

As you take in the spectacular underwater views and come face-to-face with its captivating marine life it's important to protect and preserve the marine ecosystems that exist in this special world. Be advised that you should not touch or stand on the coral and it is illegal in Jordan to remove it.

Back on dry land, you'll have free time to stroll the beach and relax.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Have your underwater camera ready as you swim through the inviting waters, which average 72 °F in the winter and 76 °F in the summer. Over one 100 species of hard coral, 120 species of soft coral and 1,000 species of fish call the Red Sea their home. Be on the lookout for orange and white striped clownfish, iridescent parrotfish, and delicate angelfish swimming happily along with green turtles.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
The 15-minute drive south from your ship is a picturesque journey through a landscape of desert sand and coastal plain.


After you've come up for air and discovered the splendors of the beach you'll rendezvous with your coach, and with this remarkable experience scratched off your "bucket list," you'll return to the pier.
