GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
At this time, Princess Cruises Gift Cards are only available for purchase by residents of the United States and Canada.

Please note that Princess Cruises Plastic Gift Cards cannot be mailed to Canada so Canadian residents wishing to purchase a Gift Card should select the Digital Card option.

Digital gift cards redeemed by Canadian residents can only be used towards cruise passage for bookings made in US Dollars or onboard all Princess vessels at the passenger services desk. Princess Cruises Gift Cards cannot be applied towards cruise passage for bookings made in Canadian Dollars.

Q: What is the Princess Cruises Gift Card?
The Princess Cruises Gift Card is a pre-paid Gift Card that can be used as payment towards your cruise booking or towards your onboard spending account.

Q: Does Princess Cruises offer an electronic Gift Card that can be delivered via e-mail?
A:  Yes, you can order an electronic Gift Card at princess.com/giftcard and choose from one of several electronic Gift Card designs that can be delivered via e-mail.

Q: Is there a fee to purchase a Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: There is no fee to purchase an electronic Gift Card.  For plastic Gift Cards, there are no fees for orders of $100 or greater when standard shipping is selected.  A nominal shipping fee of $1.99 is charged for plastic gift card orders less than $100.  Expedited shipping options are offered at an additional charge.

Q: Can anyone use my Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: Yes.  Your name does not appear on the card so you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Q: How can I check the balance of my Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: Balance inquiries can be made online at princess.com/giftcard or by calling 1-855-426-0168.

Q: Are there any discounts or other incentives offered with the purchase or use of the Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A:   From time to time, discounts or incentives will be offered on a limited time basis.  These offers will be communicated via Princess Cruises emails and princess.com/giftcard.

WHERE TO PURCHASE
Q: How can I purchase the Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: The Princess Cruises Gift Card can be purchased online at princess.com/giftcard, on Princess Cruises Facebook page, ordered by phone at 1-855-426-0168 or by calling your travel consultant.  At this time, the Princess Cruises Gift Card is not sold onboard our Princess Cruises ships, but will be at a later date.

HOW AND WHERE TO USE A PRINCESS CRUISE LINES GIFT CARD
Q: Do Princess Cruises Gift Cards need to be activated?
A: Princess Cruises Gift Cards will be sent to you already activated so that the card can be used right away.

Q: Can I redeem a Princess Cruises Gift Card as payment toward an existing booking or for onboard products and services?
A: Yes, the Princess Cruises Gift Card is flexible to use.  Gift Cards may be redeemed via Cruise Personalizer for cruise bookings that were made by calling 1-800-PRINCESS or directly on Princess.com, or through your travel consultant for bookings made by your travel consultant.  

The Princess Cruises Gift Card may also be applied toward the guest's onboard folio account once the cardholder embarks a Princess Cruise line ship for their cruise vacation experience.  To apply a Princess Cruises Gift Card to your folio, you must present your Gift Card to the Passenger Services Desk onboard your cruise.

Q:  Can I use the Princess Cruises Gift Card in the shops, Lotus SPA, Shore Excursions desk, bars, restaurants, or other retail locations onboard the ship?
A:  At this time, all Princess Cruises Gift Cards must be redeemed at the Passenger Services Desk for purchases made with your Princess Cruises Cruise Card at these locations, but cannot be redeemed inside of these retail locations onboard a Princess cruise ship.

Q: Are there any restrictions in using the Princess Cruises Gift Card towards the payment of products and services offered by Princess Cruises?
A: The Princess Cruises Gift Card can be used for most Princess products and services, with the exception of payment towards Land Excursions and eZAir.

Q:  Can I register my Princess Cruises Gift Card for payment of onboard products and services offered by Princess Cruises?
A:  You can use your Princess Cruises Gift Card for payment towards onboard products and services by visiting the Passenger Services Desk, but at this time, you cannot register your Princess Cruises Gift Card as your primary payment option for onboard purchases or for auto-charge purposes.

Q: Is the Princess Cruises Gift Card available to be purchased in multiple currencies?
A: At this time, the Princess Cruises Gift Card is only available in US Dollars.  

Q: Can a Princess Cruises Gift Card be purchased online using a Canadian address?
A: Yes, a Canadian resident can purchase an electronic Gift Card online using their Canadian billing address.  However, at this time, a Canadian resident cannot order a plastic gift card to be mailed to their Canadian address.  Please note that gift card funds are in US Dollars and can only be applied to a booking which is made in US Dollars.

Q: Can the Princess Cruises Gift Card be used on cruises in which the onboard currency is not based in US Dollars?
A: Princess Cruises Gift Cards will be redeemable onboard Princess cruise ships in which the onboard currency is not based in US Dollars.  The amount of the Gift Card will be converted to the shipboard currency at the foreign exchange rate posted at the Passenger Services Desk.

RELOAD INFORMATION
Q: What happens when the total card value is used?
A: Once all funds on the Princess Cruises Gift Card have been used and the balance is zero, the Gift Card will be deactivated.  You may not add additional funds to that card.

Q: Can I add funds to my Princess Cruises Gift Card online?
A: You may not add funds to your Princess Cruises Gift Card online as the Gift Card is not reloadable.

DENOMINATIONS
Q: Are Princess Cruises Gift Cards sold in specific denominations?  Is there a minimum or maximum value?
A: The Princess Cruises Gift Card offers flexibility to choose the denomination value.  A Gift Card may be purchased in several standard denominations ($50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,000), and can also be customized for a minimum value of at least $25, and a maximum value of $2,000 per card.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS AND LIMITS
Q: What forms of payment do you accept to purchase the Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We do not accept merchandise credits as a form of payment when purchasing a Princess Cruises Gift Card.

Q: Are there any limits on the number of Princess Cruises Gift Cards that can be purchased in one transaction?
A: The maximum number of Gift Cards that can be purchased in a single online transaction is 5.  You may purchase a Princess Cruises Gift Card for a minimum of $25.00 and carry a balance as large as $2,000 on any one Gift Card.  

Q: I placed my Princess Cruises Gift Card order on a weekend.  When will it be processed?
A: All Gift Card orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.  Please allow 5-7 business days to receive the Gift Card using standard shipping.

Q: Can I cancel my Princess Cruises Gift Card order?
A: No, Gift Card orders are final and orders cannot be canceled.

Q: I did not receive my Princess Cruises Gift Card on time.  Can I get a refund for my Gift Card purchase?
A: Princess Cruises Gift Card orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.  Please take shipping times into consideration when placing an order and allow sufficient time to receive Gift Cards.  For standard shipping, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to arrive.  For expedited shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for orders to arrive.  Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Where can Princess Cruises Gift Cards be shipped?
A: Gift Cards can be shipped anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.  At this time, Princess Cruises Gift Cards cannot be shipped internationally.

Q: Can a Princess Cruises Gift Card order be sent to a P.O. Box?
A: Gift Card orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.

Q: Is tracking information available for Princess Cruises Gift Card orders?
A: Tracking information is not available for Gift Card orders sent via standard shipping.  Gift Card orders placed using expedited shipping will be sent FedEx® and tracking information can be obtained by calling the Princess Cruises Gift Card Customer Service Center at 1-855-426-0168.

USING A GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER GIFT CARD
Q: Can a Princess Cruises Gift Card be used to purchase another Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: No, a Princess Cruises Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Princess Cruises Gift Card.

CONSOLIDATING GIFT CARD BALANCES
Q: If I have more than one Princess Cruises Gift Card, can I consolidate them onto one Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: At this time, you may not consolidate your Princess Cruises Gift Cards onto one card.

EXPIRATION POLICY
Q: Does my Princess Cruises Gift Card expire?
A: Standard Princess Cruises Gift Cards have no expiration date.  Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd. may occasionally offer Promotional Gift Cards, which may carry an expiration date which will be printed on the Gift Card.

DORMANCY FEES
Q: Will any service or dormancy fees be charged to my Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: No, there are no dormancy or service fees currently assessed to any Princess Cruises Gift Card.

CASH BACK, CARD RETURNS, AND RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
Q: Can I receive a refund on funds I have placed on my Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: No, Princess Cruises Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.  Princess Cruises Gift Cards are redeemable for cruise reservations or onboard spending only.

Q:  If I have used my Princess Cruises Gift Card to pay for my cruise and I cancel my cruise and am entitled to a refund, how can I receive my refund?
A:  If you have your original Princess Cruises Gift Card, a credit will be added back to your original card so please keep your card even after you use the entire value of the card.  If you do not have the original card, contact Princess Cruises Gift Card Customer service at 1-855-426-0168 and a new Princess Cruises Gift Card will be sent to you.

Q: Can I return an item purchased onboard using a Princess Cruises Gift Card?
A: Yes.  Provided the purchased item is otherwise eligible to be returned under Princess Cruises return policies, you can return your item to have the purchase value credited back to your folio.  Should you have a credit balance on your folio at the end of your cruise and the balance is less than $25, you will be provided a refund in the form of cash upon request.  If the credit balance is greater than $25, upon request, a check in the amount of your remaining balance will be sent to you after you return from your cruise.  Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Q: What is the Princess Cruises Gift Card Return Policy?
A: Princess Cruises Gift Cards may not be returned or resold; resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the Gift Card without compensation.  Princess Cruises Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

GIFT CARD TRANSACTION DISPUTES
Q: I'm certain my Princess Cruises Gift Card balance is incorrect.  Can you review the transactions on the card with me?
A: Yes, our Princess Cruises Gift Card Customer Service Center has access to review transactions with you - please contact 1-855-426-0168.

Q: I didn't make a transaction.  Can the amount be credited back to my card?
A: Please contact 1-855-426-0168.  Our Princess Cruises Gift Card Customer Service has access to each card’s transaction history and if an error is found, we will process an adjustment to your card's total balance promptly.

Q: I made a purchase online, the order did not go through; however, the funds were removed from my card.  What should I do?
A: Our Princess Cruises Gift Card Customer Service has access to review transactions with you - please contact 1-855-426-0168.  If an error is found, we will process an adjustment to your card's total balance promptly.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CARDS
Q: I lost my Princess Cruises Gift Card or my Gift Card was stolen, but I have the Gift Card number.  Can I still use the card or can it be cancelled?
A: Princess Cruises is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Princess Cruises Gift Cards.  If the Gift Card has been lost or used without your permission, we are unable to cancel or replace it.  If you have the 16 digit Gift Card number and 4 digit pin, you can still redeem the remaining Gift Card value online by entering the 16 digit account number on Cruise Personalizer for bookings that have been made on princess.com or through your travel consultant for bookings made by your travel consultant.

Q: My Gift Card is damaged or no longer works.  Can it be replaced?
A: You should check the balance of your Gift Card at princess.com/giftcard or contact Princess Cruises Gift Card Customer Service at 1-855-426-0168.  The customer service team will determine whether a new Gift Card will be re-issued.
