How do I book this fare?
Princess Plus fare is available to residents of the 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Bermuda and the District of Columbia. Guests may book through their preferred Travel Advisor, Cruise Vacation Planner, 1-800-PRINCESS or princess.com.
What stateroom types does Princess Plus fares apply to?
Princess Plus fare is available to ALL guests and ALL stateroom types; this package is capacity controlled.
Is my deposit refundable?
DEPENDS. Deposit are required per guest booking any stateroom. The amount of deposit varies according to the cruise length and stateroom types booked. Guests have the options to book a refundable or non-refundable deposits for voyages outside final payment. Standard cancellation fees apply for voyages inside final payment. Deposits are required for guests 1 and 2 only.
Do all 4 guests require a deposit?
NO. Only guests 1 and 2 pay a deposit. Add guests to the room for no additional deposit.
Can FCDs (future cruise deposits) be applied?
YES. FCDs can be applied to this fare.
Do all 4 guests in a stateroom receive the Premier Beverage Package, Wi-Fi and crew incentive?
YES. When this fare is selected, it will automatically be defaulted to all guests in the stateroom. The third and fourth guests can opt out of this package by calling Princess or their travel advisor. For guests under the legal drinking age, the Premier Coffee & Soda Package will be applied before sailing.
What’s included in the Premier Beverage Package?
The Premier Beverage Package includes beer, spirits, wine by the glass and cocktails $12.00 USD and under, all non-alcoholic beverages including bottled water (500ml only) fountain sodas, fresh juices (if available), specialty coffees and teas, Gong Cha items, Frappes at Coffee & Cones, milk shakes (if available) and Red Bull energy drinks.
Bar service charge is included in this package.
The package includes the additional benefit of a 25% discount on the following excluded items; all bottles of wine, one liter bottles of water, canned soda and bottled juices.
A daily limit on alcoholic beverages of 15 beverages over a 24-hour period (6 a.m. to 6 a.m.).
What’s NOT included in the Premier Beverage Package?
The Premier Beverage Package does not include souvenir items, room service, vending machine or mini-bar items.
What if I’m not of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older)?
Guests who are under 21 will receive the Premier Coffee & Soda Package. Package type will be assigned prior to sailing based on age of guest.
What if I don’t drink alcohol?
In the event that a guest does not want the Premier Beverage Package, no substitutions will be offered. However, the value of the package is still a great deal including fountain sodas, fresh juices (if available), specialty coffees & teas, Frappes, milk shakes and Red Bull energy drinks.
How does the ship know that I have the Premier Beverage Package (or Premier Coffee & Soda Package)?
The ship systems recognize the package and notify our crew at time of each transaction. When a guest orders an included item, the crew will see the applicable package and enter order according to the package inclusions in the system.
How does the ship know that I have pre-paid Wi-Fi?
MedallionNet automatically recognizes pre-paid MedallionNet plans. Guests will be provided with the option to “redeem” after sign-on to activate their device.
How many devices per guest are provided for Wi-Fi?
One device can be used at a time per guest. Guests will be given the option to upgrade to a four-device package on board. One device can be used at a time per guest.
Guests who are Platinum and Elite receive 50% off MedallionNet Wi-Fi as a loyalty benefit. What is the impact to their benefits?
With PrincessPlus, MedallionNet Wi-Fi is provided as a promotional bundle included in the price of the fare. There is no additional discount for Platinum and Elite guests for the single device package. However, Platinum and Elite guests will automatically receive a 50% discount if they decide to upgrade to a four-device package on board. Loyalty benefits are not redeemable for cash or onboard credit.
How does the ship know that my fare includes crew incentive?
The guest folio will reflect the pre-payment, by Princess Cruises, on behalf of the guest for the suggested crew incentive in the U.S. dollar amounts of $14.50 per person per day for Interior, Oceanview, and Balcony staterooms, $15.50 per person per day for Mini-suite and Club Class staterooms and $16.50 per person per day for Suites.
What if I don’t want the Premier Beverage Package, but I’d like the Wi-Fi and crew incentive?
The Princess Plus fare type is not available in individual components. However, the value is strong and should be evaluated for each guest’s own circumstance.
Is the Premier Beverage Package, Wi-Fi or crew incentive applicable on the land portion of my cruisetour?
NO. These are not applicable during the land portion of cruisetours.
Do additional guests (3rd/4th) receive anything in this fare?
YES, additional guests (3rd/4th) have Premier Beverage Package, Wi-Fi and crew incentive included in the fare.

The Premier Coffee & Soda Package includes souvenir tumbler, fountain soda by the glass, fruit juices, specialty coffees and teas, Gong Cha items, Frappes, milk shakes (if available) and Red Bull energy drinks, all subject to availability on ship, with pre-paid 18% service charge included for these items.
What’s NOT included in the Premier Coffee & Soda Package?
The Premier Coffee & Soda Package does not include souvenir items (other than the tumbler), canned soda, room service, vending machine or mini-bar items.
Is the Premier Coffee & Soda Package applicable on the land portion of my cruisetour?
NO, the Premier Coffee & Soda Package is not applicable during the land portion of cruisetours.
Does the Princess Plus fare combine with any other promotions, offers or cruise deals?
YES, this fare combines with Standard Groups (including amenities and counts toward Terms & Conditions) and for guest 1 and 2 on existing groups, Cruise Sales, and Casino Discounts, geo-targeted and recipient-only offers, and Captain Circle Launch Savings. Princess Plus fare is not combinable with any other promotions. The promotion is subject to capacity control and is not transferable.
1Stateroom Location Upgrade is first-come, first-served basis. Only available on eligible room categories. Offer is based on availability in like to like stateroom types (Interior to Interior, Oceanview to Oceanview, Balcony to Balcony, Mini-Suite to Mini-Suite). Upgrades are subject to capacity, which varies based on cruise booked. In order to take advantage of the upgrade, you must select the upgraded room type and book the upgraded room. Guests that book a lower room type in a stateroom category may not be upgraded, even if there is availability for the upgrade. The difference between the upgraded fare and the lowest fare within your selected room type will automatically be deducted from your total fare price. Guests will only see (and pay for) the lowest fare within the selected room type and will not see any discounted amount at checkout. If you are unable to book an eligible upgraded room type, the upgrade is not available on such room for that category and cruise.
