Princess was the first line to popularize cruising for singles with their hit TV series, The Love Boat. Are you 40+, ready to have some fun and meet lots of new people? Now you can join us as this Love Boat sails the California Coast from Los Angeles in October!

The Sapphire Princess sports some of the cruise line's tried-and-true amenities, with a new twist. The trademark Skywalkers disco/lounge gets a makeover on this ship, with a 125-foot wide balcony where passengers can take an al fresco break from the dance floor action. Visit Club Fusion, which features 42 video screens and a spiral staircase that leads to Wake View Bar. Other amenities include an Asian-themed Lotus Spa, with a fitness center and outdoor sunken pool and one of the largest Internet cafes at sea, complete with 29 computer stations. A nine-hole golf putting course and two computerized golf simulators allow passengers to tee off even while aboard the ship. Dining options abound, from a poolside pizzeria, hamburger grill and ice cream bar to Sabatini's Italian restaurant and a 24-hour buffet/bistro. Stateroom amenities include refrigerator, television, spacious closet, bathroom with shower and 24-hour room service.

On this hosted singles cruise you'll enjoy exclusive group discounts, cocktail parties, mixers, games, group excursions, single-mingle dining, and more! Plus, a social host will be on hand to make introductions and organize events. Once you've reserved your cruise, we'll also give you private access to a singles chat site where you can get to know other singles before you depart.

San Francisco is a popular international tourist destination famous for its steep hills, summer fog, diverse mix of Victorian and modern architecture and its famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, the cable cars, and Chinatown. Pier 39, located near Fisherman’s Wharf, is celebrated as the third-most popular tourist attraction in the nation. Nicknamed the "American Riviera," Santa Barbara is perfect for sunbathing on white-sand beaches, window-shopping along the village's pristine, historic streets and relaxing in one of the many cafes. On Sunday make sure to stop by the weekly Waterfront Arts and Crafts Show, one of the city's best-loved traditions.

According to the old standard, Santa Catalina is the island of romance, and the Avalon's palm-lined promenade featuring 1920s Spanish-American and Cape Cod-like facades certainly teems with allure. There are few cars on Catalina, so enjoy a bike ride to Wrigley Memorial and Botanical Gardens or rent a kayak and enjoy the abundance of flora and fauna around the port. Or take in an open-air jazz concert at the Catalina Casino, sure to put anyone in the mood for romance.
