Kylie Scobie, Assistant F&B Manager
Hi Everyone! My name is Kylie. I am the Junior Food & Beverage Manager on board Crown Princess, and Sydney, Australia, is where I call home. Before joining Princess, I worked in various hotels, restaurants, and bars in Sydney and Brisbane. I decided I wanted to do something different from what I had been doing, something that would allow me to use my skills in Food & Beverage and also allow me to travel, so I applied for a position with Princess and am now on my 5th contract.
I have had the opportunity to be a part of the opening team for Ruby Princess as well as working on board Dawn, Diamond, Grand and now Crown Princess. It's a great feeling to wake up each day in a place you have never been and also return to those you love. This is one of the many things I love about working for Princess--you never know what tomorrow will bring. I am working with a great team onboard Crown Princess and have made many new friends. It was a great feeling to be awarded Employee of the Month; a BIG THANK YOU to everyone!
