A delightful overview of Grand Turk Island and its cultural and scenic highlights awaits on an easy, breezy 3.5-hour adventure that packs lots of activities, including beach time, into one tour. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and set off on a panoramic drive of the downtown area to discover many of the island's landmarks, including the replica of the famous Friendship 7 capsule, the governor's office, the salt ponds and more. While in the town, explore the Grand Turk National Museum and peruse exhibits that display an array of artifacts relating to the island's fascinating natural history and cultural heritage. Take time to do a little souvenir shopping and to sample the local cuisine. Then it's on to pristine Governor's Beach, where the soft sand and inviting waters invite you to enjoy two hours of fun in the sun. Return to port at the conclusion of this engaging day.
