| Dune Buggy, Shore Snorkel & Beach Circle the island driving a modern dune buggy, snorkel crystal waters, relax on a beautiful beach, and enjoy delicious Mexican snacks, on this caravan-style island safari. On the pier meet your guide, who will escort you the short distance to your dune buggy. After the paperwork formalities and orientation are completed, follow the lead buggy to your snorkeling stop. Equipment will be issued and a lesson will be provided prior to the guided snorkel. Marvel at the colorful tropical fish and many corals and sponges that Cozumel is known for. Then hop back into your buggy and head toward the other side of the island. After a brief stop the caravan will continue to a lovely secluded beach where you will have ample time to relax in the shade of an umbrella, beachcomb, or swim. While at the beach delicious Mexican snacks will be served and throughout the tour soft drinks and water are complimentary. Leaving the beach, head back toward the ship along the west coast of the island, passing downtown. If you choose to stay downtown for shopping, you may drop off your buggy in town, but then transportation back to the ship is your own responsibility. SPECIAL NOTES This tour is sold by the buggy. Please book tour by buggy and not per passenger. Each buggy can accommodate up to four people. All drivers must present a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old. Snorkeling equipment including a snorkel vest is included. Pregnant women or passengers with heart or respiratory conditions may not participate. The minimum age required to snorkel is 8 years old. Wear a swimsuit and bring a towel and adequate sun protection. |
