Nidaros Cathedral
Finest and largest Gothic-style cathedral in Scandinavia, it was built over the grave of St. Olav and became one of Europe's most important pilgrimage churches. Believers came to drink from the well that sprang up next to their patron saint's grave.
Ringve Museum
Built in 1740, this museum possesses a priceless collection of some 2,000 musical instruments from around the world.
Thamshavn Railway
Originally built to carry passengers and ore from the Lokken Mines, today, people can travel between Lokkenverk and Fannren in the same exact carriages that were used in 1908.
