The Minato Mirai 21 precinct near Yokohama Bay offers several attractions including the Yokohama Museum of Art, retired four-mast exploration ship - Nippon Maru, one of the world’s tallest ferris wheels, and possibly the world’s fastest elevator (complete with speedometer), which whizzes sightseers up to the observatory deck on the 69th floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower.
