Master Chef Alfredo Marzi joined Princess in 1975 as a graduate of one of the finest culinary institutes in Paris, Ecole Culinaire Francais August Escoffier.
As the director of official banquets in honor of royalty including Her Majesty the Queen of England, Elizabeth II; Diana, Princess of Wales; His Majesty, King Umberto of Italy, and President George H.W. Bush, he provides years of distinguished culinary experience.
A recipient of the prestigious Grandi Maestri di Cucina's "Master Chef of the Year" award, Chef Marzi provides the culinary vision for menus that abound with delicious and diverse choices from our trademark pastas to lighter Lotus Spa® selections -- each reflecting the fresh local ingredients and influences of the regions you're sailing.
