General Casino FAQ

Attire

Sports or formal wear are both acceptable attire in the casino. Please no bathing suits, bare chests or bare feet.

Cameras

Passengers are allowed to take still and video photographs in the casino. You are asked to respect the privacy of other passengers as you use your camera.

Passenger Questionaire

Your comments, questions or suggestions concerning service and product are always appreciated. Before leaving the ship, please take a moment to fill out your Passenger Questionnaire and let us know how satisfied you were with your experience in the casino.

Admission

Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to gamble or loiter on the casino floor. Proof of age may be required to be shown.

Currency

All chips and tokens must be purchased using U.S. currency or Travelers Checks. Any foreign currency may be exchanged at the Purser's Desk onboard. Slot tokens can be obtained from the Cashier's Desk, change machines and on some ships, bill acceptors in the slot machines themselves. Prior to disembarking the ship, please remember to cash in your chips or tokens.

Hours of Operation

Hours vary from ship to ship depending on the itinerary. Please check your Princess Patter for hours that the casino is open. Please note that these hours are limited and to avoid disappointment, we advise that you come into the casino early to secure a place at the tables or slot machine of your choice.

Smoking

To achieve maximum comfort for our players we do not permit cigar or pipe smoking in the casino.
