Terms and Conditions

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PRINCESS PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIPSM ONBOARD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN.

Must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in tournaments. All Offers, Rewards, Prizes, and any other benefits offered by the Sponsor as part of this Program are offered at the discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, terminate, and withdraw the Terms and Conditions, Offers, Rewards, Prizes or other benefits or aspect of the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. Poker Tournaments are played on automated PokerPro tables.

Grand Finale Cruise Information: 7-day cruise for two in a balcony cabin. No transportation to port city will be provided. Winner must accept prize and travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will forfeited. Winner and Travel Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Accommodations are subject to change and availability. Ground transportation, beverages, shore excursion fees, discretionary hotel and dining charges, meals in alternate venues, alcoholic beverages, boutiques purchases, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's responsibility. Winner and Travel Guest must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents including but not limited to a valid passport or other documents required for cruise. If Prize is canceled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes or other fees connected to the Prize and agrees to furnish any requested information needed for tax reporting. Non cash prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Casino Credits: Some guests have been offered a casino credit based on their past volume of play. Casino credits are only valid on cruises hosting Princess Players ChampionshipSM tournaments as listed on the www.princess.com/ppc web site. Casino credits are redeemable in the Casino onboard. The casino credit amount offered in the direct mail and/or email is for one person per voyage and is not transferable. Credits are only valid in the calendar year in which they are offered.

Free Tournament Entry: Some guests have been offered a free tournament entry based on their past volume of play. Free tournament entries are only valid on cruises hosting Princess Players ChampionshipSM tournaments as listed on the www.princess.com/ppc web site. Redeem free entry onboard in the Casino prior to the tournament. The free entry offered in the direct mail and/or email is for one person per voyage and is not transferable. Free entry is only valid for one slot or blackjack tournament per voyage and cannot be redeemed for entry for any Texas Hold 'em tournaments. Any onboard promotion for discounted tournaments is not valid for the Princess Players ChampionshipSM tournaments. Free tournament entries are only valid in the calendar year in which they are offered.

Participants agree: (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, (b) that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, are released and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including but not limited to any travel related thereto) or participation in this Promotion, including any travel related thereto and (c) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image and biographical information and statements for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

Grand Finale Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within seven (7) days after notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited.

Persons who tamper with any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by the Sponsor, or who attempt to participate with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities will be disqualified.

Governing Law and Arbitration: This Promotion will be governed by and interpreted under laws of the State of California without application of any conflicts of law rules. Except where prohibited by law, disputes between the parties or their affiliates related to this Promotion shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration heard by a single arbitrator in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (except as modified herein). Any counterclaim not brought within thirty (30) days after receipt of the arbitration notice shall be barred. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California in English. Unless otherwise specified herein, the arbitrator may award any relief that he deems proper, including but not limited to equitable relief. The award shall be final and binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
